Welcome to Ewbly (referred to as "Service", "we", "us", "our"). By registering, configuring, or embedding our AI chatbot widgets, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Service & Eligibility
Ewbly is a no-code AI customer service builder that allows businesses to upload PDFs and crawl URLs to deploy intelligent chat interfaces.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or a registered business entity under Indian law to create an account.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (including Google Socialite single sign-on parameters) and all actions initiated under your dashboard.
2. Subscription Tiers & Indian Billing Terms
Our subscription models are structured specifically to meet the billing expectations of the Indian market:
- INR Localized Pricing: All premium plan fees are quoted and processed in Indian Rupees (INR) with Razorpay integration.
- Manual Renewals (No Auto-Charges): To prevent international bank markup fees or card blockages common under RBI recurring billing mandates, Ewbly uses manual billing renewal. You pay explicitly for a cycle. If you choose not to renew manually, your bot is downgraded at cycle-end to the Free tier, with no auto-charges or hidden surprises.
- GST Invoices: Registered entities can input their GSTIN details during checkout. Ewbly automatically generates and transmits compliant GST tax invoices suitable for local input tax credits.
3. Acceptable Use & Fair Crawler Usage
We maintain robust infrastructure bounds to deliver high speeds for all users. You agree to use the service under our Fair Usage guidelines:
Automated Crawler Policy
Ewbly provides direct, zero-install website crawling. You represent that you own or possess legal rights to crawl and extract text from the domains you submit to Ewbly.
Crawl requests that intentionally bypass payload blockages, scrape copyrighted media without authorization, or overwhelm target servers are subject to instant account termination.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain full intellectual property ownership of all custom business documents, manuals, and customer database logs you upload to our system.
Ewbly retains complete ownership of the proprietary vector search configurations, core AI routing architectures, UI assets, and the embedded widget script (`widget.js`).
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability limits
Our AI models generate responses based on the proximity match of vector search metrics derived from your uploaded documents. While we configure filters to avoid inaccurate answers:
- Ewbly is not liable for errors, hallucinations, or customer service mistakes committed by the AI widget. You should review chat logs and refine document texts.
- Ewbly is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, 100% uptime, although we work to maintain our SLA indicators (visible on our public status page).
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these terms, engage in scraping abuse, or perform actions that disrupt our shared vector server instances.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any legal action, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to your use of Ewbly shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
