Step-by-Step Installation Guide
Configure Ewbly Chatbot
Log in to Ewbly, upload your product catalog PDF or crawl your online store link to train your custom AI agent.
Retrieve Your Embed Code
Navigate to the Embed section in your dashboard and copy the lightweight Ewbly JavaScript widget code.
Open Shopify Theme Code Editor
Go to Shopify Admin > Online Store > Themes. Click the three dots next to your active theme and select "Edit Code".
Paste the Widget Script in theme.liquid
Find the `theme.liquid` file. Scroll down to find the closing `</body>` tag, paste the script code directly above it, and click Save.
Troubleshooting
If the widget doesn't load, double-check that you inserted the script tag in theme.liquid and didn't accidentally delete any closing HTML tags.
